1. Introduction

This website is operated by Laura Ramírez, ceramic artist based in Madrid, Spain.

By browsing this site or inquiring about a work, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

These terms govern all communications, commissions, and transactions related to the artworks of Laura Ramírez.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including artworks, images, texts, and designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of Laura Ramírez unless otherwise stated.

No material may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

3. Inquiries and Sales Process

This website does not include a direct online shop.

If you are interested in acquiring a piece, please fill out the inquiry form on the “Contact” or “Artworks” page.

Once your inquiry is received, you will be contacted directly to confirm availability, price, and delivery details.

If you decide to proceed, you will receive a secure payment link via Stripe to complete the purchase by card.

For commissions or made-to-order works, production will only begin once payment has been received.

4. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

All works are handmade and unique. Slight variations in form, tone, or surface are inherent to the making process and form part of each piece’s individuality.

Refunds and returns are not accepted except in cases where the artwork arrives damaged during shipping or where an error has occurred on my part.

If such an issue arises, please contact me within 2 days of receiving the piece, including photographs of the damage and packaging, so that I can assess the situation.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued through the same payment method once the returned work has been safely received.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Commissions or made-to-order works are non-refundable once production has begun.

5. Shipping and Delivery

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit.

Shipping costs, insurance, and estimated delivery times will be confirmed prior to payment.

Once the artwork has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information.

International shipments may incur customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

While I take great care in arranging transport, I am not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party couriers. I will, however, assist in resolving any issues that may arise.

6. Nature of the Work

All pieces are sculptural and decorative, intended for interior display only.

As each work is entirely handmade, subtle irregularities or variations should be regarded as a natural part of the process, not as flaws.

7. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and current, I cannot guarantee that all details, including images and dimensions, are entirely free from error.

Laura Ramírez shall not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or any transaction related to it.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
