1. Introduction

This website is operated by Laura Ramírez, ceramic artist based in Madrid, Spain.

By browsing this site or inquiring about a work, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

These terms govern all communications, commissions, and transactions related to the artworks of Laura Ramírez.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including artworks, images, texts, and designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of Laura Ramírez unless otherwise stated.

No material may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

3. Sales Process

Selected artworks are available for direct purchase through this website.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. For made-to-order works, production will begin once payment has been received.

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

All works are handmade and unique. Slight variations in form, tone, or surface are inherent to the making process and form part of each piece’s individuality.

Refunds and returns are not accepted, as all works are handmade and unique, except in cases where the artwork arrives damaged during shipping or if an error has

occurred on my part. If such an issue arises, please contact me within 2 days of receiving the piece, including photographs of the damage and packaging, so that I can

assess the situation.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued through the same payment method once the returned work has been safely received.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Commissions or made-to-order works are non-refundable once production has begun.

5. Shipping and Delivery

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit.

For small and medium-sized works, shipping within mainland Spain is included in the price.

Shipping within the European Union for eligible works is available at a flat rate displayed at checkout.

Large-scale, heavy, or complex works may require special shipping arrangements. In these cases, shipping costs will be quoted separately and confirmed with the buyer prior to dispatch.

For international orders outside the European Union, shipping costs will be confirmed separately prior to dispatch.

Once the artwork has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where applicable.

Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Nature of the Work

All pieces are sculptural and decorative, intended for interior display only.

As each work is entirely handmade, subtle irregularities or variations should be regarded as a natural part of the process, not as flaws.

7. Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and current, I cannot guarantee that all details, including images and dimensions, are entirely free from error.

Laura Ramírez shall not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or any transaction related to it.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
