Final Sale Policy
Due to the artisanal nature of my handcrafted ceramic works, all purchases are considered final. I do not accept returns or provide refunds for bespoke or commissioned pieces.
Handmade Characteristics
Each ceramic work is individually built by hand using the coiling and pinching technique, resulting in a unique character. Slight variations in dimensions (up to 2–3 cm), coloration, texture, and form are inherent aspects of handmade artistry. These natural variations are not considered defects but rather highlight the distinctive nature and authenticity of my practice.
Delivery Damage Procedure
If your order arrives damaged during transit:
Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photographs of the damaged piece and packaging.
Retain all packaging materials and the damaged piece until further notice.
This documentation is essential for me to process a replacement claim with my shipping partners. Please do not discard the damaged work or packaging, as they are required for the insurance claims process.
Shipping Liability
I carefully package each piece to ensure safe delivery. However, I cannot accept liability for works damaged or lost once they have left my studio. For replacement requests related to transit damage, please email me at hello@lrceramics.art
Custom Orders
For commissioned ceramic works, specific terms regarding modifications, timeline, and payment will be provided in a separate agreement. Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible.
